Exchange and Return Policy

Lart Bakery is committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of food products, the exchange and return policy is as follows:

First: No Returns

Food products cannot be returned or exchanged after preparation or delivery to maintain safety and quality standards.

This policy applies to all baked goods, pastries, and fresh produce.

Second: Exceptions

Exchanges or compensation may be considered only in the following cases:

The product arrives unusable.

An error is found in the order (the product is different from what was ordered).

Damage is caused by an error in preparation or packaging by the store.

Third: Conditions for Order Acceptance

Lart Bakery must be notified of the issue within 24 hours of receipt.

A clear photo of the product showing the problem must be provided.

The product must be in its original condition at the time of receipt.

Fourth: Compensation Mechanism

If the error is proven to be the store's fault, the customer will be compensated with one of the following options, at the store's discretion:

Product replacement.

Product refund.

Credit for future orders.

Fifth: Cancellation Before Preparation

Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after preparation has started.

Sixth: Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable if the delivery is successful.

In case of an error on the part of the store, Lart Bakery will bear any additional charges.

Seventh: Special Offers and Orders

Discounted products and special offers are non-refundable.

Special orders (designs, occasions, specific flavors) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Eighth: Policy Amendments

Lart Bakery reserves the right to amend its exchange and return policy at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
